 I'd like to ask Bentz President Dieter Zetsche If this is a car?

Not long ago, I noticed a car defect and visited the service center.

By the way, the service center requested about $1000 for repairs the reason that after the warranty period was over a week. 

I don't understand why I have to pay such a large amount of money because of the poor front camera, which was not caused by my carelessness.

Also, the front left headlamp is not waterproof. 

The service center says it doesn't matter because it's the way it is like sometimes water and sometimes dry.

 I didn't know that the Mercedes Benz was this bad.

And the service is unkind and the reason why it is not possible is not understandable.

1. Can't I replace defective parts for free after the warranty period ends?
2. Is it really about $ 1000 to fix the front camera?
3. Is it normal for a to go in and out of water the head lamp?
